Terms of service

These terms apply to Velocity, the speed-to-lead dialer provided by Connectivity.cx Ltd ("Connectivity.cx", "we", "us"). The product is available at velocity.connectivity.cx and related domains we control (together, the "Service").

If you are accepting these terms for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Velocity places calls and related messages when a digital lead arrives (for example from a dealership website or AutoTrader). It shows your team a live board and reports on those leads and calls. Access is given to named users at your organisation. It is not a consumer product and it is not a CRM.

2. Your account

Logins are issued by us or by an administrator at your organisation. You are responsible for keeping credentials safe and for what happens under your users' accounts. Tell us promptly if you think an account has been misused.

3. Your responsibilities

You must:

  • Use the Service only for lawful motor-retail contact, including the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and any Ofcom rules that apply to your calls and texts.
  • Hold a valid basis to call and text the people whose numbers you send us, including recording where you turn recording on.
  • Not use the Service to harass, spoof, or contact people who have asked you to stop.
  • Keep the phone numbers, agent lists, and opening hours you give us accurate.

We may suspend or end access if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

4. Calls, recordings, and messages

Calls are placed through our telephony provider. If you enable recording, recordings are stored so your team can listen back and, where you use scoring, so a call can be reviewed. SMS is sent from numbers configured for your dealership. You remain responsible for the content of whispers, SMS templates, and anything an agent says on a live call.

5. Customer data

Lead names, phone numbers, vehicles, and call content belong to your organisation. We process that data to provide the Service, as set out in the privacy policy. We do not sell it.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, and documentation, is owned by Connectivity.cx or our licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive right to use it for your dealership while you have an active account. You do not get a right to copy, resell, or reverse engineer it.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Velocity available during dealer opening hours, but the Service is provided as is. Telephony, the public internet, and third party lead sources can fail. We are not liable for a missed sale because a call did not connect.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, or indirect loss, and our total liability in a year is limited to the fees you paid us for Velocity in that year (or £1,000 if you are not yet paying fees).

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will be posted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. If a change is material we will email the administrators we have on file.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
